You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Lifestyle modifications like avoiding stress, smoking, and processed food items may help this medicine work better.Few common side effects of this medicine include weight gain, slow heart rate, tiredness, depression, drowsiness and cold extremities.
