DawaMart Return & Refund Policy
DawaMart RETURN POLICY, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY
DawaMart facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to service the medicines and products in right conditions/without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend that items are checked at the time of delivery.

Definition
'Return' means giving back the product ordered at DawaMart portal. Reasons for return include:
- Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
- Product(s) delivered are past or near expiry (less than 3 months).
- Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept if tampered).
Note: If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery. If discovered after opening, it may be returned for refund. Replacement depends on availability; otherwise, a refund will be offered.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery. DawaMart may cancel requests received after 7 days. Refunds are processed after verification and vendor confirmation.
Return Conditions
- Wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify.
- Batch number must match invoice.
- Change in prescription does not qualify.
- Product must be in original packaging with labels, bar-code, and invoice.
- Partially consumed products do not qualify; only unopened products can be returned.

Return Process
- Raise a return request via Contact Us.
- Customer care will verify the claim within 72 business hours.
- Once verified, DawaMart will collect the product.
- Pack the product in original manufacturer packaging.
- Refund completed within 30 days from reverse pick-up.
Medical Test
- Refund request valid if report challenged without proper justification.
- Refund valid if report delivery delayed beyond 72 hours without justification.
- Free consultation and delivery provided if patient suffers Haematoma or prick injury.
Refund Process
- Orders via wallet credited to wallet.
- Cash on delivery orders refunded to customer bank account.
Online Consultation
Refund valid if consultation query not replied within specified timeline. Request must be raised within 72 hours. Refund completed within 30 days via bank credit.
Shipping Charges

Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
- Order can be cancelled till DawaMart ships it; shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
- Medical test can be cancelled till sample collection.
DawaMart Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled if product unavailable or pricing errors occur.
- Bulk orders may be cancelled if criteria met (commercial resale, multiple orders to same address, bulk quantity, invalid address, malpractice).
- No cancellation charges apply.
